Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk has announced decrease in gas and diesel prices. He stated this on the air of Freedom of Speech panel show.
“Now we are observing that gas prices are decreasing. According to various estimates, from UAH 0,30 to UAH 0,80. Of course, this is an inadequate decrease and the gas prices should decrease much more – according to our estimates, by almost UAH 2,” Oleksiy Honcharuk said.
To the head of government, gas prices will fall if competition to be present at the fuel market.
He also added that the state should control large gas station chains do not conspire, which is most often happened on the oil product market.
