Mass events were canceled in Sumy Oblast due to the coronavirus, the TSN informs.
“To limit the holding of cultural, sports and other public events to improve the epidemic situation regarding the incidence of coronavirus infection,” the report says.
An exception was made only for kindergartens; they were allowed to hold traditional spring mornings.
