The representatives of Plast National Scout Organization of Ukraine brought to the Verkhovna Rada a Bethlehem fire lamp on December 17.
Plast representatives in the session hall of the parliament sang a song on guitar near the rostrum, and then transferred Bethlehem fire to the VR presidium.
Chairman of the Parliament Dmytro Razumkov accepted it and put a lamp on the podium.
As The Journalist reported, Verkhovna Rada Committee recommends imposing fine on “button-pushers”.
