The U.S. Special Representative on Ukraine Kurt Volker has expressed his positive attitude towards withdrawal of Ukraine’s troops from Stanytsia Luhanska, and believes that now it is Russia’s turn to do the same, as he wrote on Twitter.
“A good step by Ukraine at Stanytsia-Luhanska. Now it’s up to Russia to take reciprocal further steps to strengthen ceasefire including withdrawing heavy weapons and disarming illegal armed formations,” Volker wrote.
