The current President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in March, being a presidential candidate, filed with the Ukrainian Institute of Intellectual Property (Ukrpatent) applications for registration of five new trademarks related to his political activities.
According to Ukrpatent information, in March Zelensky applied for the registration of “Zekomanda”, “Ze”, “Ze!” And “Ze2019”, “Team Zelensky” trademarks (TM).
According to the League portal, applications are currently at the “formal examination (pending)” stage.
Note that Zelenskiy also intends to register TM “Team Zelensky”. Zelensky plans to use the trademarks in accordance to their classification, indicated in the applications: in advertising, education and entertainment services, telecom and the Internet, as well as for printing.
