A local resident reported to the law enforcement officials with a statement that the water supply was probably damaged in the ​​Kim Street after shelling.

As a result of the incident, 3,312 inhabitants were left without water supply.

After inspecting the scene, the police discovered a hole that is similar to a funnel from a shell explosion.

Officers of the Popasnyansky police department investigative team are working on the scene. Upon completion of the inspection, the repair btigades will begin work on the restoration of the water supply.
