Within the framework of Paris forum, more than 50 countries and 150 technology companies have agreed to intensify their attention to the issue of combating criminal activity on the Internet, including interference in elections and incitement to hatred. About this informs AP.

«A group of governments and companies signed a document called «Paris Calls for Confidence and Security in Cyberspace» to prevent malicious actions on Internet», the report said.

It is noted that the document was signed by Facebook, Google and Microsoft to help strengthen cyber security to counteract hacker threats, protect democratic values, fight against radical movements and terrorism.
But it is noteworthy that the initiative was not supported by Russia, China and the United States.

Previously, The «Journalist» reported that large-scale cyber-attacks were carried out on sites of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
