Tax and customs services in Ukraine will exist separately

Ukraine’s Prime Minister signed a regulation on re-organization of the State Fiscal Service by dividing it into the State Tax Service and State Customs Service. The document was published today on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
According to the decree, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine will be re-organized through its division into State Tax Service and State Customs Service, as separate central bodies of executive power. The Cabinet of Ministers will coordinate activities of these services through the Minister of Finance of Ukraine.
Formed Services are successors of the re-organized State Fiscal Service in their respective areas of activity.
According to the resolution, the Ministry of Finance will develop draft regulations on new services in two months and will introduce drafts of the necessary amendments in the legislation in three months, as well as its own regulations in accordance with this resolution.
As The Journalist reported, the monetary base in Ukraine increased by 9% over the past year.
