Over 429,000 explosive devices disposed in Donbas (eastern Ukraine)

Since the beginning of the hostilities in Donbas (eastern Ukraine), combat engineers of the Ukrainian army have disposed over 429,000 explosive devices and cleared over 30 thousand hectares of territory, UNN reports.
In general, sappers cleared 30,000 hectares of territory and destroyed more than 429,000 explosive items. However, these territories still cannot be transferred to local communities for use, because they are not yet completely safe. As the shelling of these territories continues, explosive objects reappear in the mined areas.
