5.4 magnitude earthquake hits Alaska

On January 13, the 5.4-magnitude earthquake occurred in the vicinity of the city of Anchorage, Alaska, the US Geological Survey reported.
According to preliminary data there are no victims and no destructions.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located 11 km south-west of Point-Mackenzie, at a depth of 40 km.
As The Journalist reported, the 6.3 magnitude earthquake occurred in the area of the Japanese island of Tanegashima.
