In Azerbaijan, a sign in Russian in the bas-relief of Taras Shevchenko in the city of Zagatala was replaced with a new one with inscriptions in Ukrainian and Azerbaijani. About this informs the Ukrainian Embassy in the Republic of Azerbaijan on its Facebook page.

“At the initiative of Embassy of Ukraine in Republic of Azerbaijan, in close cooperation with the executive branch of Zakatala region of Republic of Azerbaijan, Russian-language tablet was replaced on the bas-relief of T. Shevchenko in the city of Zakatala with a new one with inscriptions in the Ukrainian and Azerbaijani languages,” the report says.
