The largest online retailer Amazon.com Inc. bypassed the capitalization of Microsoft Corp., and became the most expensive public company in the world.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the results of trading have shown Amazon’s shares price rose by 3.4%, and the market capitalization level reached USD 796.78 billion.
At the same time, the Microsoft’s market value increased by only 0.1% (capitalization was USD 783.57 billion) on Monday.
