The Head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), Vasyl Hrytsak, said that the Russian servicemen and Russian-controlled militants had already «voted» before the illegal elections in Donbas, which are scheduled on November 11.
According to Hrytsak, 408 polling stations in the Donetsk occupied areas were created.
«I note that the Russian special services have appointed the so-called «responsible» persons. We know surnames, contact numbers of these persons,» said Hrytsak.
«We have information that Russian servicemen also vote using fake passports issued by the DPR in order to increase voters turnout,» the Head of the SBU said.
It is noted that «about 6 thousand 538 members of precinct election commissions have been established as for today.»
«All info on the members of the electoral commissions have already been transferred to the Ukrainian law enforcement authorities, who perform official duties at the entry/exit checkpoints on the demarcation line,» said the SBU Chairman.
