The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NABU), according to the results of verification of 2015-2017 declarations of the People’s Deputy, Vice-Speaker Oksana Syroyid, has sent three protocols on administrative offenses to the court. This is reported by the press service of the Agency.
In particular, the vice-speaker indicated in her declaration the purchase of a car for just UAH 10.
«There is a discrepancy between the declared value of the Syroyid’s car at the date of entry into the rights. The car was purchased on the basis of exchange contract (agreement), according to which the cost of the Suzuki Grand Vitara, which the vice-speaker has bought from her common-law husband, was UAH 10. However, the declarations indicate the car value which it was acquired by the previous owner, namely UAH 180,000,» the message says.
It is noted that the offenses related to corruption are provided for by Part 2 of Article 172-6 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
As The Journalist reported, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption recorded 112 violations of anti-corruption legislation in October.
