The world ranking in the National Cyber Security Index (NCSI) is headed by Estonia. The second position was taken by Germany, the third place by France. Ukraine took the 23rd place, and the Russian Federation took the 24th position. It is known that the last place in the ranking took Sudan.
«The National Cyber Security Index assesses the readiness of countries to counter online threats. It takes into account 12 criteria in four spheres: methods of data protection that are commonly used in a particular country; what minimum cyber security requirements are adopted; how the country cope with online security crises and how do they react to international hacker attacks,» – the message said.
