Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a government law on amending some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the use of the name and characteristics of belonging to National Police of Ukraine (№7474).
This decision was voted by 233 deputies out of 296 registered in the session hall.
In particular, the Law provides for supplementing the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with Article 184-3, which establishes that the unlawful use by an individual of the signs of belonging to the National Police of Ukraine in the absence of signs of an act stipulated by the Criminal Code of Ukraine, or the unlawful use by him of the name of the National Police or derived from it, including those stated in a foreign language, – entails the imposition of a fine from one to two thousand non-taxable mininmem incomes.
As reported by The Journalist, draft state budget for 2019 the Verkhovna Rada will consider on October 18 or 19.
