The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPС) sent a conclusion to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) regarding the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denysova, who in her declaration of 2015 did not indicate UAH 24 million income from the financial company.
This is stated in the message of the NAPC press service.
«People’s Deputy Lyudmila Denisova has submitting a declaration which did not comply with the requirements of the law. In the declaration for 2015, she did not declare UAH 23,840,268 of income, received from the financial company; and she incorrectly indicated the amount of her contributions to the authorized capitals of four companies, which differs from the trustworthy in the amount of UAH 5,454,248. Information on contributions is also unreliably reflected in her declarations for 2016 and 2017,» – the report says.
As The Journalist reported, NAPC found no violations in the Groysman’s e-declaration.
