US State Department Special representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker will pay a visit to Ukraine this week.
The diplomat said this on Twitter.
«This week I am going to Kyiv to hold meetings on how to ensure peace in Ukraine,» – Volker said.
Also, the US special envoy announced that on Saturday, September 15, he will give a speech at the Yalta European Strategy (YES) annual conference.
As The Journalist reported, Volker said thatRussia blocks expansion of OSCE mission and supplies weapons to Donbas.
