A Deputy of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Council (UKROP faction rep.) was convicted of receiving USD 12,000 of illegal benefit, the press service of the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Southern Region of Ukraine reported.
It was established that the Deputy of the Regional Council, who also is the founder and director of Expert Group LLC, in the spring of 2018 had already received from the citizen USD 6,000 of the first part of the illegal profit for obtaining an order for the development of the land management project and further approval of the project.
«On September 10, during the controlled transfer USD 6,000 of the second part of the agreed amount of a bribe, the Deputy was caught by law enforcers,» – the report said.
As The Journalist reported, a married couple from Kyiv was engaged in pimping.
