According to The Telegraf inform agency, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Vitaly Kovalchuk as the manager for his pre-election headquarter.
The report said that this was known in the President’s inner circle in early August.
It is also known that MP Ihor Hryniv, a technologist of BPP faction [Petro Poroshenko Bloc], became the author of the strategy for the pre-election campaign, which was approved by the President.
«Hryniv also responsible for the informative content of commercials and boards. He is the author of the boards, which now hang in the center of Kyiv. People’s deputy from of BPP faction Serhii Berezenko engaged in agitation networks,» – the report said.
As The Journalist reported earlier, children of Ukrainian President Poroshenko are not listed as applicants to Ukrainian universities.
