As reported by Public Radio, citing the Facebook-community «Crimean solidarity», the officers of special services of the Russian Federation have detained another Crimean Tatar, 24-year-old Reşat Medinov, on the administrative border with the annexed Crimea.
The young man’s brother said that Reşat works as a driver and carried people from the administrative border.
It is known that today the passengers remained on the border without a vehicle.
«He was taken away in an unknown direction from the border by special service officers.The attendant of the border guard service refused to give any comments and information to relatives,» – the report said.
According to the «Crimean solidarity» organization, cases of long-term detentions of people on the border are happened more often and often.
«In some cases, they are accompanied by psychological and physical pressure,» – the organization noted.
As The Journalist reported earlier, Crimea switched to the «Mir» payment system and stopped issuing Visa and MasterCard because of the sanctions.
