Another witness Volodymyr Andreev from Kalush, wrote in Facebook that a strong flow of water led to road accident. In the car there was a family with child.
«Immediately after the accident I pulled a man and a woman out of the car, my wife a girl who was scared and screaming, we examined her and took her to our car. We called an ambulance, the police and provided first aid to victims. Thank God, everyone is alive, the man has a lacerated wound on his head, we could see the skull, but it’s good that there was not a lot of bleeding. The ambulance came very quickly», Andreev wrote.
