The German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said that negotiations on the lifting sanctions on Russia, imposed because of its aggression against Ukraine, are possible only after the Minsk agreements will be fully implemented.
According to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine on Twitter, the Head of the German Foreign Ministry said this in an interview with Welt am Sonntag.
«A clear position on the conflict in Ukraine: negotiations on the lifting sanctions will be held only when the Minsk agreements will be implemented,» – the report said.
