The United States authorities have announced a tender for development of a new anonymous mobile messenger, which will be resistant to hacking, reports Strana.ua news agency.
According to preliminary information, the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) will allocate USD 44 million for development of the app. It is expected that work on the messenger will begin in March 2019 and will last until 2023.
The developed app will be given the name RACE (Resilient Anonymous Communication for Everyone.) The messenger will be protected with cryptographic technologies and it will be checked for resistance to breaking during development.
