Poroshenko signed law releasing Ukroboronprom from obligations with Russia

The document called «On Amendments to the Laws of Ukraine on the Resolution of Certain Issues of Arrears of Enterprises of the Defense Industry Complex – members of the State Concern Ukroboronprom to the aggressor state and/or occupying state and ensuring their stable development.»
This was reported by the press service of the Head of State.
It is reported that the signed law prohibited enforcement of decisions on collection of debts on obligations, where the legal entity of the aggressor country is the creditor, and the debtor is the state enterprise of the defense-industrial complex.
At the same time, the law provides the suspension of previously open enforcement proceedings and measures for enforcement of decisions regarding collection of debts from the state enterprise for the period of circumstances related to debt to the Russian Federation.
