RF President’s Special Envoy for Environmental Protection, Ecology and Transport, and the former head of Presidential Administration, Serhiy Ivanov, said that the hybrid war in Donbass will not end before the change of power in Ukraine.

Answering the question, when the war in the east of Ukraine could end, Ivanov said: «With the current government in Kyiv, there is no prospect of that».
Ivanov, like everyone in the Kremlin, argues that «in Ukraine allegedly there was a coup d’etat supported by the West», the Liga.

«Russian troops were in the territory of the Crimea and our quota under the Russian-Ukrainian agreement – 25 thousand soldiers in the territory of Crimea – we have never violated. Even after the grouping of our troops was strengthened, we never exceeded the limit of 25 thousand, so that they would not blame us», Ivanov said.

According to the special representative, Russia «does not pursue an aggressive policy», calling «delirium» statements about the plans of the Russian Federation to attack the Baltic States.

«I understand why they are needed: if the Baltic States do not yell, that Russia will capture them today or tomorrow, they will not get money», the official said.

As The Journalist reported during the day the militants violated the ceasefire regime 44 times.
