Ukraine and Argentina signed a number of documents, among which was an agreement on the transfer of convicted persons, said the Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Pavlo Petrenko.
«Together with the Minister of Justice and Human Rights Germán Garavano we have signed an agreement between Ukraine and the Argentine Republic on the transfer of sentenced persons,» – Petrenko said.
Also, two interstate agreements were signed with the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship, Secretary of State of Argentina Daniel Raimondi. This refers to the treaty on the Rendition of Offenders and on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters.
«This is a new level of cooperation between our states in the fight against crime,» – Petrenko said.
As The Journalist reported, the Argentinean driver of officials for several years recorded all the bribes. This led to arrests of 12 people.
