European Union expects that the Ukrainian authorities will conduct a transparent investigation into the murder of journalist Pavlo Sheremet, which was committed two years ago in the center of Kyiv, to bring the perpetrators to justice.
This is stated by the Delegation of the European Union in Ukraine on the Facebook page.
«We expect that the Ukrainian authorities will conduct a transparent investigation of this crime in order to bring the perpetrators to justice. Progress in this matter will undoubtedly be important for ensuring citizens’ confidence in law enforcement agencies», the report said.
