Ukrainian MPs sued Kyiv City Council due to the new transport fares

People’s deputies Serhij Kaplin, Petro Tigunov and Serhij Yurchik have sued the Kyiv City Council because of new prices for public transport. This was reported by the press service of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv.
According to the report, a lawsuit was filed against the Kyiv City Council, the Kyiv City State Administration.
It is noted that the plaintiffs ask the court to recognize new tariffs as unlawful and cancel the order of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council on raising travel fare in urban passenger transport.
At present, the court decides whether to open production.
