Novichok nerve agent was in perfume bottle picked up by tragic couple in Amesbury

The nerve agent that poisoned two more people in the British city of Amesbury, was in a perfume bottle. This is reported by BBC, citing a relative of victim.

According to Matthew Rowley, his brother Charlie picked up the bottle, and after that he and his girlfriend were taken to hospital.

Note that the Met Police has not confirmed the claim.

Recall, that Charlie Rowley and Dawn Sturgess were poisoned in the city of Amesbury on June 30. Police are working on the theory the incident is linked to the Novichok poisoning in Salisbury on March 4 of the former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia.

Charlie Rowley recovered in 10 days after beinf poisoning and is still being treated in hospital. Charlie’s girlfriend, Dawn Sturgess, died eight days after being poisoned.

As «The Journalist» reported earlier British experts are looking for Novichok nerve agent in another English town.
