«Batkivshchyna» fraction demands a letter from the President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, about the recall of one of the candidatures for the updated composition of the Central Election Commission (CEC).
This was stated at the parliament session representative of the faction, People’s Deputy of Ukraine Serhiy Vlasenko.
The parliamentarian noted that the current situation with the CEC « Poroshenko made artificially ».
Vlasenko stressed that the subject of representation is not the faction of the «BPP», but the president of Ukraine.
The deputy stressed that in connection with this there should be a letter from the president about the withdrawal of the candidacy.
As «Journalist» reported, in the Verkhovna Rada «battles» continue around the vote for the renewal of the CEC.
