The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for the European Integration Olena Zerkal expressed hope that during the meeting in Helsinki (Finland) the Presidents of the United States of America and the Russian Federation will discuss the issue of Ukrainian political prisoners, illegally detained in Russia.
