The motorcade of the Russian Ombudsperson Tatiana Moskalkova has arrived at the strict regime prison No 8 «Polar Bear», where the Ukrainian political prisoner Oleg Sentsov is being held, while the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights Liudmyla Denisova was not allowed to enter there.
The colony located in Labytnangi (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area), Russia, UNIAN reported.
In particular, a convoy consisted of four jeeps drove unhindered on the territory of the colony, without stopping near Denisova, who was actually standing near the penitentiary gates.
At the moment, Moskalkova does not answer to Denisova phone calls. All attempts to contact the leadership of the colony ended unsuccessfully.
As «The Journalist» reported, penitentiary system of the Russian Federation recognizes Sentsov as a citizen of Ukraine.
