In the «Holos Ukrayiny» they published Law No. 2442-VIII, according to which military servicemen’s leave will be calculated without taking into account the time for the trip (within the country – Ed.).
The law «On the social and legal protection of servicemen and their family members» changes are introduced, according to which military servicemen will be expected to leave their leave without taking into account the time taken to travel to and from the place of vacation (but no more than two days one way within Ukraine – Ed.). .
In addition, it is noted that during a special period, military servicemen may be granted leave for family reasons for up to 10 days – in this case, the time taken to travel to Ukraine up to two days one way is also not taken into account.
Earlier «Journalist» reported that the president had signed a law extending the leave of servicemen.
