Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjørn Jagland officially asked Russian President Volodymyr Putin to pardon the Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov, who was illegally convicted in the Russian Federation, who has been detained in the colony and has been on hunger strike since May 14.
