A dairy farm will be opened in the Republic of Belarus 30 km from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. This is stated in the relevant document on procurement procedure No. 2018-576557.
«Gomel Regional Department of Capital Construction» holds a tender for the selection of the general design organization for the development of design estimates and performance of survey work on the facility «Construction of a dairy farm in OJSC «Komarinskyi» in Bragin district».
The development of design estimates from the local budget is planned to spend up to 349,722 Belarusian rubles (about 4.5 million UAH).
OJSC «Komarinsky» is remarkable for being located only about 30 km from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. From the information memorandum of this agricultural organization it follows that in its use are land plots that previously belonged to zones with the right to resettlement.
Earlier the «Journalist» reported that two storages for spent nuclear fuel are being built in Chernobyl.
