In Lviv oblast there is a record fixed of measles-ill people

In Ukraine during the period from 12th till 19th of June 1401 people were diagnosed with measles, of which 560 grown-ups and 841 children according to Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

It is noted that from the beginning of the year 21 894 people had measles, of which 8857 grown-ups and 13037 children.

According to the Center information the most considerable number of measles-sick people live in Lviv oblast (in total 3428 people: 1042 grown-ups and 2386 children), in Zakarpatiia oblast (in total 2633 people: 475 grown-ups and 2158 children), Ivano-Frankivska oblast (in total 2422 people: 698 grown-ups and 1724 children), in Odessa oblast (in total 1880 people: 924 grown-ups and 956 children), in Kyiv city (in total 1560 people: 965 grown-ups and 595 children) and in Chernivtsi Oblast (in total 1202 people: 398 grown-ups and 804 children).

11 people have died from complications: seven children and four grown-ups.
