Non-factional people’s deputy of Ukraine Yevhen Muraiev appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office to bring a criminal case on suspicion of knowingly false messages about the Commission of a crime against Serhiy Pashynskyi, deputy chairman of the People’s Front political party.

Muraev claims that he appealed to the Prosecutor General’s Office to bring a criminal case under Article 383 (a knowingly false message about the commission of a crime) and Article 344 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (interference with activity of a statesman) against people’s deputy Pashynskyi.
«After The Prosecutor’s Office receive the application, it must enter information to the unified register of pretrial investigations in 24 hours period», – Muraiev said.
As «The Journalist» reported, Pashinsky called Muraiev «a being that holds the mandate of a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada».
