The Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman signed a proposal to the Verkhovna Rada on the dismissal of Alexander Danilyuk from the post of the Minister of Finance. This is reported by «Strana.ua».
The head of government told in social networks that he signed a proposal on the dismissal of the Minister of Finance.
«After the conflict provoked by him at a meeting of the government, he allowed himself actions that, in my opinion, are incompatible with the further presence in office of a member of the Cabinet of Ministers. The dissemination of distorted information among our international partners on the eve of important negotiations with the EU for Ukraine could put under threat their results», – Groysman stressed.
It is noted that Danilyuk did not make adjustments to his chosen line of conduct even after discussing this situation with members of the government team.
«In the conditions of those challenges that we have, the issue of changing the head of the Ministry of Finance must be resolved without delay», – the Prime Minister said.
As «The Journalist» reported earlier, the Minister of Finance Danilyuk complained to Groysman for G7 ambassadors.
