The daughter of the former Russian double spy Sergei Skripal, Yulia, who was poisoned in the British Salisbury along with her father in early March, expressed her desire to return to Russia.
Yulia Skripal said this to Reuters.
She met with an agency representative at a location in London and refused to answer questions. Instead, she gave him her statement, translated into English. Ms Yulia wrote she grateful for the offers of assistance from the Russian Embassy, but refused of their services. She reiterated that all statements were made on her behalf.
«I ask that everyone respects the privacy of me and my father. We need time to recover and come to terms with everything that has happened», – отметила Скрипаль.
She also said that she continues her rehabilitation and despite everything happened to her, she would like to return to Russia.
As «The Journalist» reported, Sergei Skripal is healthy and left the medical institution.
