The elections are quite far, but Ukrainian politicians are already actively campaigning for electorate votes. The next presidential election in Ukraine is scheduled on March 31, 2019, and parliamentary elections should be held on October 27, 2019.
The leader of the political party «Civil position», Anatoly Gritsenko and «People’s Control» leader, MP Dmitry Dobrodomov, officially announced the creation of a joint political force «People’s Trust».
This was posted by Dobrodomov on his Facebook, based on the results of meeting in Lviv.
«The unification of the democratic opposition does not mean the infusion of one party into another, it is about creating a joint political platform», – the MP said.
«We unite efforts and create a «People’s Trust» platform for preventing of full power usurpation by Poroshenko, and precluding the revenge of pro-Russian political forces», – Mr Dobrodomov said.
According to him, the political force is ready to present a single presidential candidate and his team with candidates for five key posts.
As «The Journalist» reported, sociologists have a prognosis on the leaders of future elections.
