The Kyiv court of Appeals reversed the decision of the Darnitsky district court to dismiss the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Kateryna Rozhkova and forbade her to participate in the meetings of the Board of the regulator.

As the press service of the regulator reported, the Court of Appeal granted the complaint of the legal Department of the National Bank to the relevant decision of the Darnitsky district court.

As «The Journalist» reported, the National Bank appealed the court’s decision to temporarily eliminate the Deputy head of the National Bank of Ukraine Kateryna Rozhkova.
