The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to appoint the Scholarships of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Students of Higher Education Establishments who are Orphans or Children from the Low-Income Families, in 2018.
The relevant decree was adopted at a Cabinet of Ministers meeting without discussion.
As «The Journalist» reported, Romania will pay scholarships to schoolchildren, and conduct free retraining for the teachers from the Romanian community in Ukraine.
