The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov said that the second round of the presidential elections in Ukraine may be even more stringent than the first because of polarization of both candidates, lb.ua reports.
“And, nevertheless, order and transparency must stay at decent level. This is the most important function of democracy – and Ministry of Internal Affairs will ensure it,” Avakov added.
As The Journalist reported, Avakov stated that National police is strength enough to neutralize radical groups in the elections.
