British Prime Minister Theresa May believes Brexit may not take place if Parliament fail to find a compromise on an agreement with Brussels. This was reported the press service of the office of the Prime Minister.

“As the Parliament has made clear it will stop the UK leaving without a deal, we now have a stark choice: leave the European Union with a deal or do not leave at all,” the report says.

At the same time, May stressed that she remains committed to her position and will seek Brexit. “For this we need to agree on the terms of Brexit. The longer this takes to win a majority in Parliament, the greater the risk of the UK never leaving at all. It would mean letting the Brexit the British people voted for slip through our fingers. I will not stand for that,” said May.

Recall, the British Prime Minister Teresa May sent to the EU a request to extend Brexit deal until June 30. According to the agreements with the European Union, the UK should leave the EU on April 12.

As The Journalist reported, EU Parliament approves visa-free travel for Brits after Brexit.
