Law enforcement officers detained 27 suspects in operations carried out against ISIS in Turkey, Ukrinform reports.
“27 suspects were detained in 17 Sakarya provinces. The detention took place in accordance with the instructions of the main prosecutor’s office of Sakarya,” the message says.
The special operation was carried out after law enforcement officers discovered the functioning of the ISIS organization in the region.
As The Journalist reported, at least 150 ISIS militants had surrendered in Baghuzi.
