Judges of the Kyiv District Administrative Court declared interference in fulfilling their duties in connection with the decision on the case of the nationalization of PrivatBank and called on law enforcement officers to open proceedings against state leaders.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv District Administrative Court.

“Judges of a panel, which made a decision on the nationalization of PrivatBank, has appealed to Chairman of the High Council of Justice claiming there were interference in fulfilling their duties. They also appealed to leadership of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigation, with statements about a crime committed, which is subject to consideration in accordance with the requirements of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” said in a statement.

In particular, the judges ask to start a pretrial investigation against the head of state, the minister of justice and the governor of the chairman of NBU, by entering relevant information into the unified register of pretrial investigations, according to the results of which the perpetrators will be brought to criminal responsibility.

As the judges are convinced, the leadership of the state commenting illegal the nationalization of PrivatBank, made statements that are a direct threat to the judicial system of Ukraine, an encroachment on its independence and impartiality.

As The Journalist reported, the Kyiv District Administrative Court suspended the renaming of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate.
