Parubiy: I am ready to resign after Language Law to be adopted

This statement was made by the head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Andriy Parubiy, during the morning plenary session, 112 Ukraine reports.

“Collect signatures, colleagues, and I promise you the next: as soon as the necessary signatures will be collected, I will immediately put this question to the vote, but only after I, as head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, sign the law on the Ukrainian language, and this signature will be put soon,” said Andriy Parubiy.

Popular Front and Petro Poroshenko Bloc spoke in support of the speaker of parliament.

As The Journalist reported, MP Valery Pisarenko initiated the collection of signatures for Parubiy’s resignation.
