President Petro Poroshenko has enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) dated May 7 “On measures to strengthen the defense capability of the state.”
Decree No.200/2019 published on the presidential website.
“According to Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I decree to put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated May 7, 2019 “On measures to strengthen the defense capability of the state”,” the document says.
Monitoring the implementation of the NSDC decision, enacted by this decree, rests with the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov.
The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.
