Ukrposhta, Ukrainian national postal operator, has agreed to purchase gasoline through the public e-procurement system Prozorro, the press service of Prozorro reports.
“Prozorro concluded the first framework agreement. Ukrposhta will buy gas from pre-selected suppliers. Let’s say we need a consignment of fuel, so we announce an auction – and within a week the customer will receive the goods,” reported in press service.
It is noted that consumer goods or services (of greatly fluctuating market prices) will be purchased faster and easier.
“For this, customers enter into a framework agreement for up to 4 years. During this term the customer buys products in separate batches at competitive prices without additional agreements,” the message says.
